In case you aren’t already familiar with me, my name is Henna Metz, and I’m the face behind Henna Metz Photography. I’m an outdoor enthusiast with deep respect and passion for photography, nature, wildlife, and storytelling, which is why I started a career as a nature and outdoor adventure photographer. However, rather than just taking pretty pictures, I want to create photographs with purpose, and I hope that through my work, I can inspire action that will benefit the planet.
For my nature and wildlife photography, this means I focus heavily on conservation. With my outdoor adventure travel images, I wish to encourage people to get out there for themselves. After all, what is a better way to connect with nature than experiencing it first hand? Wanting to share these ideas in writing is why I decided to start this blog. And starting from now, I will be posting weekly posts about nature and wildlife photography, conservation efforts, outdoor adventures, and behind the scenes stories from the field. I want to share my thoughts, ideas and experiences with you, and I’m looking to hear back from you, to start a conversation and to connect.
If you have any thoughts, questions, suggestions or wish to collaborate with me, I would love to hear from you! I encourage comments, and I welcome emails at info@hennametz.com. Or you can head over to my About page to learn more about me and click the “Get in touch!” button.
